Do you offer custom packages or styling services?

Absolutely! We can tailor a package to suit your event needs and even offer  styling guidance to help bring your vision to life. Get in touch with us to enquire about custom options.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desird items- especially during peak season. A minimum of 2-4 weeks in advance is ideal.  

Yes! We offer delivery, setup and pack-down services. Fees vary depending on Location and order size.

Some smaller items are available for pickup and return, but larger or more delicate piece (like backdrops and plinths) may require delivery and professional set up.

Yes, a refundable security bond is required with every hire. The amount will vary depending on the items hired and is returned once everything is returned in good condition.

We understand accidents can happen. If an item is damaged or lost, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security bond. 

Our standard hire period is 24 hours, but we can arrange longer durations upon request. 

The easiest way to book is by browsing our Hire Catalogue, adding your chosen items to your Quote List, and submitting your details along with your event date and location.

We’ll then send you a formal quote that you can review and approve to secure your booking. If you have a custom enquiry or package in mind, you’re also welcome to get in touch through our Enquire page, but we recommend using the Quote List for the quickest and most accurate booking process.
